At Shami Thai, we are committed to providing high-quality dried fruits, flavored cashews, and Asian snacks. Due to the nature of our products, most items are non-returnable, but we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Spoiled Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the affected item.
We will:

3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product or quantity, please notify us immediately. We will correct the mistake by:

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Refunds or replacements for these items are only provided in cases of damage or defects as described above.
5. Refund Process
